What happens after I submit a request?

If you gave us an email, we send you a quick confirmation link — click it so we know we can reach you. Then a real person gets back to you, usually within about one business hour during business hours (Mon–Sat, 8am–6pm). Phone-only requests skip the email step.

In your private Client Dashboard. Enter the email you gave us and we'll send you a secure link — no password needed. There you'll find your projects, estimates, invoices, and requests, always up to date.
