Using Your Client Dashboard

Your dashboard keeps everything about your work with us in one private place. Here's how it works.

Getting in

Ask for your link

Go to the Client Dashboard login and enter the email you gave us. No password to remember.

Open the link we email you

We'll send a private link straight to your inbox (check spam if it's not there in a minute). Tap it and you're in.

Bookmark it

Your link stays valid — bookmark the page so you can pop back any time without waiting for a new email.

Keep your link private. Anyone who has it can see your dashboard, so don't share it. Lost it or think someone else has it? Just call or text us and we'll reset it — the old link stops working immediately.

What's on your dashboard

  • Client Information — your details, shown at the top. Click Edit to update your name, phone, or address. You can add email addresses, but the one on your documents can't be removed.
  • Quote Requests — the quote requests you've sent us. The original text stays locked; use Add a note to add details (each note is added below, nothing gets overwritten) and + Add photos to attach pictures.
  • Estimates — draft estimates we've prepared for you, with itemized labor and materials. Approve or Decline each one — that's your sign-off — or message us about it. These are for review, not a final bill.
  • Projects — your jobs. Click a project to open it and see the scope and the materials on it, or request a change.
  • Tasks — the work done across your projects, with dates.
  • Invoices — your bills. Click View to open an invoice; from there you can print it or save it as a PDF.
Everything updates automatically as we work — no need to refresh or ask for a new copy.
